All prices are examples and can be adjusted for volume, package deals, or custom requests. Minimum order of $200 applies to most services. Turnaround times typically range from 1-2 weeks depending on project size. All work includes basic organization and quality checks.

Photo Digitization
High-res scanning of intact photo album pages. $2.00 per page High-res scanning with color correction:(up to 8x10): $1.00 per photo
Bulk orders (500+ photos): $0.90 per photo Kid’s artwork, posters, photos and anything over 8x10 up to 16 x 24: $2.00/per item

Slide and Negative Scanning
35mm slides or negatives:
High-resolution with dust reduction: $1.00 per slide/negative
Bulk orders (200+ slides/negatives): $0.85 per slide/negative

120mm slides or negatives:
High-resolution with dust reduction: $1.50 per slide/negative

4×5 slides or negatives:
High-resolution with dust reduction: $5.00 per slide/negative

Letter and Document Digitization
Standard letters, postcards, or documents: $1.00 per page


Film / Video Archiving
8mm & Super 8mm Film:

3” Reel  50ft - $20.00 (.40/ft) 5” Reel 200ft - $70.00 (.35/ft) 6” Reel 300ft - $96.00 (.32/ft) 7” Reel 400ft - $120.00 (.30/ft)

VHS, MiniDV, or Hi8 tape conversion: $35 per tape (up to 2 hours)
Additional tapes in same order: $25 per tape

Photo Restoration
Custom quote after consultation of required work.

Memory Organization Services
Sorting, folder structuring, and metadata tagging: $110 per hour
Custom family archive setup: $85 per hour

Custom Legacy Projects
Memorial slideshow or highlight video: Starting at $175
Digital memory book or family history compilation: Starting at $250
Full archive consultation and planning: $75 per hour
